The Nevada Gold Mines Recreation Center is Elko County’s newest hub for fitness, fun, and community connection. Now open and welcoming members of all ages, the Center was designed to be a place where families, youth, athletes, and neighbors can come together to stay active, healthy, and engaged.
Operated by the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeastern Nevada, the Recreation Center features a wide range of modern amenities, including a double gymnasium, full-service kitchen and concessions, game room and youth spaces, Teen Center, fully equipped fitness center, and a state-of-the-art aquatic complex. Our indoor aquatic center includes a competition swimming pool and a warm-water recreation and teaching pool, while the outdoor water adventure area offers water slides, swim areas, and space to relax and enjoy the sun.
Whether you’re here for swim lessons, group fitness classes, open gym, youth programs, or just to enjoy time with family and friends, the Nevada Gold Mines Recreation Center is built to serve the entire community. This facility reflects a major investment in Elko County’s health, wellness, and quality of life and we’re proud to finally have opened the doors in early 2026 and share it with you.
