The Al Bernarda Cioppino Feed & Auction is held annually on the first Saturday of November. Al Bernarda is honored this night, and always, as the founder of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Elko.
Billed as the Club’s most entertaining dinner event, guests enjoy a tasty Italian feast and Cioppino, an array of games and contests, and a live auction. All to the tune of world-class entertainment.
It is also at this event that the Boys & Girls Clubs of Elko and Elko Federal Credit Union recognize the Youth of the Year nominee. Club Members are encouraged to demonstrate good character, citizenship, and live a healthy lifestyle while on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future. This outstanding young person will represent the Club and Elko County at the Youth of the Year Boys & Girls Clubs state competition in February.
